Are young people today becoming more individualistic or more global (or somehow a bit of both) and in what ways is this direction positive and/or negative? Explain.

I don't really think young people are becoming more independent (same thing as individualistic). If anything they are becoming more dependent on things like technology. I guess they are becoming more global thanks to stuff like the news and the internet, so I guess ya gotta take good with the bad.
