I’m not sure, but I believe the answer is C. (-3.4, -2). The reason why is because (-7/2, -2) makes absolutely no sense, (-3, 0) does not make sense either since the middle’s Y axis is -2, And for it to be (-3, -2), the X axis number would have to be directly on the “-3” line.
