Let’s put the second equation on top

3x + 4y = 1
-3x + 2y = -13

I’m subtracting the first eqautionfrom the second

2y = 14
Y= 7
Plug in 7 for y in either of the original equations

3x + 28 = 1
3x = -27
X= -9

The answer is (-9,7)

So first we subtract the 2nd row from the 1st row

-2y=-14

We divide each side by -2 and leaves us with y=7.

Now we substitute y=7 into any of the two equations above.

Well I chose 3x+2y=-13

3x+2(7)=-13

3x+14=-13

Subtract 14 form both sides and leaves us with 3x=27

Now we divide each side by 3 and leaves us with 9

So the answer is (x,y)=(7,9)

Hope this helps :^)
