Details: The college data has large outliers which skews the data, therefore the IQR is better measure of spread.

The high school data does not appear to be skewed so the standard deviation is fine as a measure of spread.

Im probally late but im pretty sure it was D becausesince college is pretty symetical the best way to calculate te spread is by stanard deviation, and when the graph is asymetrical the best way to calculate the spread is by the IQR.
