Well, they both bring the Turkish to move forward to enter modernization era, but the differences are :
- Reform of the Tanziman was created to bring a western culture and more advance education for the Turkish
- Meanwhile, the Young Turks program are created to change Turkey's monarchy system into Democratic System. It also bring liberalization to Turkey
