The amendment responsible in the U.S. constitution where it
is concerned with the defendant’s right to trial by jury is the seventh
amendment. It is because the seventh amendment focuses more on the right of
trial by jury should be in a way, preserved and that it is re-examined by court
if there is a no fact that is tried by the jury.
