I think you should try doing this for yourself, instead of doing your homework for you. :) Jingles aren't very hard to write. I will give you some advice however, and I can read over your jingle for you.
You just need to find some words that rhyme with Sodium and make up a silly poem about it. Here are some words that you can use:
auditorium, nickelodeon, pandemonium, idiom, opium, radium, protium, Napoleon, petroleum (I found these in a rhyming dictionary).
You need to decide what you are trying to convey with your poem. Is it about the properties of sodium? Is it where sodium can be found? Is it about how you eat it? Or is it all three? :)
These are just some ideas to be thinking about as you write.
