Lewis structures cannot show the strength of bonds. This is because Lewis structures are drawn to show the bonding between atoms of a molecule. It also shows the unpaired electrons of atom. However, since Lewis structures are only drawings that show how atoms of a molecule are arranged, the strength of the bonds are not shown.
Lewis structure: These type of structures shows the bonding between the atoms of a molecule and lone pairs of electrons which may present in the molecule. It is also known as Lewis dot structure.
It's the basic type of drawing, where one can see the lines as connections and you see the dots as electrons. It is used mostly to represent covalent bonds as they form by sharing of valence of electrons.
For example: Lewis structure of water is shown in the image.
Therefore, they don't show the strength, only the location and the number, as well as the number of valence electrons.
Hence, Lewis structures don't show the strength of bonds.
