It says solve the following equation:
$1/6x^{2} -7/3x +15/2 = 0$

I know i have to factor but i honestly have no clue how to factor out fractions, could anyone help?

You can get rid of fractions by multiplying equation by largest denominator:

$6(\frac{1}{6} x^2 -\frac{7}{3} x + \frac{15}{2} = 0) \\ \\ x^2 - 14x+45 = 0$

Now it should seem easier to factor.

9*5 = 45 , 9+5 = 14

$(x-9)(x-5) = 0$
