About four months ago I got into a car crash and it started to become very hard for me to be in a car. I would start to shake and get very nervous, I felt like it would never be the same. I went to the doctor and told her about the problem I was having some anxiety. All she did was blow it over and told me to "forget about it". You can't just move on, it takes time to heal and talking to someone you can't alway do everything yourself. My close friends and family helped me finally feel save again. I will never be the same but that was one of the hardest challenges for me but I am happy because now I am stronger because of that experience!
Around seven months prior I got into an auto accident and it began to turn out to be exceptionally difficult for me to be in a vehicle.
I would begin to shake and get extremely apprehensive, I felt like it could never go back.
I went to the specialist and informed her regarding the issue I was having some nervousness. Everything she did was blow it over and told me to "forget about it".
You can't simply continue on, it sets aside effort to mend and conversing with somebody you can't always do everything yourself.
My dear loved ones assisted me with at last inclination save once more.
I won't ever go back however that was perhaps the hardest test for me yet I am glad since now I am more grounded due to that experience!
