Can the doctor's give your test result to your spouse?

If the doctor is both of y'all doctors then yes. But if it is only your personal doctor then no because that is your personal matter, your doctor have to ask you first before giving the test result to your spouse.

HIPPA or the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, guarantees the confidentiality of the patients medical records. Unless specifically states the patients health information is only available to the patient and no information that is private and can be used to identify the patient is allowed to go public.
