This is from the 13 episode of season 4 when Stan meets his old-new neighbour Sergei Kruglov that once pursued him as he was a Russian KGB agent. Stan always wanted his son to be a republican and he hated communism, but Steve resists and refuses to follow his dad's political viewpoints and gets interested in communism, forming the main conflict of the story. Sergei wants to commit a revenge towards capitalists and uses Steve as a tool.So, the sun wanted to confront his father and said "proletariat," to make him concern.
