Well first of all, we need to remember what Wellness is.

The Six Dimensions of Wellness include physical, social, emotional, intellectual, occupational, financial, and spiritual wellness.

The relationship is that one of those 6 dimensions of wellness includes the need to fulfil Physical fitness.
