The main thing to try and do is relieve your mind of the stress, in whatever way you find most suitable. If you are under a lot of stress from your social life, just take a break and do what you like. If you are under a lot of stress from education/studies, again take a break, however making sure you don't fall behind, as this will stress you out more.

For some people, taking a break might be watching YouTube, others having a leisurely walk.
I would recommend squeezing a stress ball,playing with slime or play doh,coloring,remove yourself from the stress causing person/object etc if you can
