Micro-goal setting is the process of dividing larger goals into smaller ones that we can actually accomplish. This only means we have a better chance of achieving our long-term goals. it doesn't mean we should give up on them. Setting micro-goals enables us to develop over time by taking little, regular steps. They are task-specific objectives that must be completed on a regular basis in order to reach our larger objectives.
