Unsturated Fatty Acids have Structures - Option C
Saturated fatty acids have single carbon-to-carbon bonds. Saturated fatty acids are the fatty acids which contains only single bonds and the unsaturated fatty acids are those which has double or triple bonds. Fatty acids are made of long chains of carbons.
Therefore, saturated fatty acids have straight structures while unsaturated fatty acids have bent structures. Saturated fatty acids are solid at room temperature and unsaturated fatty acids are liquid at room temperature. Ghee is an example of saturated fatty acids and oil is an example of unsaturated fatty acids.
