As we can see in the table, g(x)=7 when x=2, in this case the argument of g(x) is f(x), then f(x)=2. Again, in the table we find that f(x)=2 when x=1, then:

$g(f(1))=g(2)=7$

Then the solution is x=1:

$(g\circ f)(1)=7$
