First, we will factor the numerator
[tex]=\frac{(2x+1)(3x-5)}{3-x}[/tex]As shown there is no common factors between the numerator and the denominator
so, the answer will be:
[tex]\frac{(2x+1)(3x-5)}{3-x}[/tex]
