Decreasing function: a function whose value decreases as the independent variable increases over given range.( then graph move downwards direction then graph is decreasing.

So the graph move downward direction in interval:

[tex](-4,-2)\text{ and }(3,7)[/tex]

so strictly decreasing in range :

[tex](3,7)[/tex]
