An arc measure is an angle the arc makes at the center of a circle, whereas the arc length is the span along the arc.

Given: BOF= 126

angle BOF= angle COE= 126 (Vertically opposite angle)

Now,  

angle BOF + angle BOC= 180   (Linear pair)

     BOC=180-126= 54

and, COE= COD+ DOE

              = COD+COD

        126       =2COD

      COD= 63

now, BOD= BOC++COD

                 = 54+63

                = 117

Arc length of BCD= 87/360*2πr

= 2.041r

2. minor arc:

arc BF= 126/360* 2πr

           = 2.198r

arc FE= 54/360*2πr

          = 0.942r

arc DE= 63/360*2πr

          = 1.099r

arc CD= 63/360*2πr= 1.099r

arc CDE=126/360*2πr

             = 2.198 r

3. major arc

 arc BFED= 243/360*2πr

                 = 4.239r

arc FBCD=  243/360*2πr

                 = 4.239r

arc DCBFE= 297/360*2πr

                  = 5.181r

arc CBFE= 234/360*2πr

               = 4.082r

4. 6 central angles

  BOC= 54= FOE

  COD=63=DOE

BOF=126
