What do i need to do if my adjectif ends in -e and i want to set it in feminin or feminin pluriel ?

you do not add another -e to the word if it already ends in e, but if it ends in -é or anything besides a regular e, you add an -e to the end. To make it plural just add an -e

Il est petit. (masculin/singulier)
Ils sont petits. (masculin/pluriel)

Elle est petitE (féminin/singulier)
Elles sont petitES (féminin/pluriel)

Elle est grande (féminin/singulier)
Elles sont grandes (féminin/pluriel)
