Answer:

x²+2x-3=0

According to Vieta's formula:

x²-(Sum of roots)x+(product of roots)=0

Sum of roots=-3+1=-2

Product of roots=-3×1=-3

The equation is x²-(-2)x+(-3)=0

x²+2x-3=0
