Depression can be caused by all sorts of things, simply by bullying, body dysmorphia, at home issues, family members dying, Honestly anything really. Some things you can cope with could be taking deep breathes whenever you start feeling like it’s getting worse, there’s been people who self harm and a way to prevent that you can use a rubber band and ketchup to give it the effect but not actually hurting yourself badly. Some people need medicine to help cope which could make them better, talking to people can help aswell.
