BODIES YOUR BODY IS AMAZING Your body is amazing. Il belps you laugh and see and run and bear and feel and think and love all the great things in your life. It is important to look after your body so that it can keep doing all of these things. Looking after your body means doing regular exercise, sleeping well and eating healthy food (at least most of the time!). It means not putting bad things into it, like smoke from cigarettes, alcohol or drugs. Looking after your body also means going to the doctor or dentist when you need to It is a good idea to pay attention to what your body is 'telling you! Of course, your body doesn't actually talk to you! What this means is when you feel tired, take a nap. If you feel hungry, eat something. And if you feel pain, tell someone so they can help you fix it!
