I would assume on how to answer this would be to shift the 4 minutes and 45 seconds into a fraction.
Since 45/60 seconds is basically 3/4ths you can deduce that it takes 4.75 minutes.
With that said I then believe you just divide 114 by 4.75 to get your answer.
