The following step is to clarify the issues, in this step people can be more conscious of what specific details they are dealing with, they can differentiate facts from opinions, determine where the problem lies, and specify underlying causes, this will help them to have a more clear vision of what they want to accomplish and how.

The next step is to generate alternative solutions to the problem, select the best option and lastly to implement the plan.
