One Islamic achievement would be how Muslims created surgery. Another achievement is how they invented collage.

During Ramadan, Muslims fast for 30 days from sunset to sun down. After the 30 days of Ramadan, their is a big feast called Eid, where Muslims get together to enjoy. In Islam, there are 5 pillars. Fasting, Praying, Hajj, Donation, and Shahada.
