I am making an assignment in Civics, but I do not know what this means. Please help :)

Respuesta :

It means that the city from where these rules were made from ,wants no one riding bikes, scooters, skate boards.ect (non vehicle cars) riden of driven on there side walks or streets they find it a distraction of displeasure to there residence (the people living in that town)So basically they don't want anyone doing any of thoise activities near there businesses and homes because the people who live there find it annoying and they believe its a safety hazard (the person doing these activities can hurt themselves or others around them)
