If am I ending my sentence with the word 7 a.m., which is correct?

a. 7 a.m. (one period because it is the end of the sentence)
b. 7 a.m.. (two periods because of the one after the letter "m" and the period at the end of the sentence)

 A. 7 a.m. (one period because it is the end of the sentence)

No period at the end.
