1st: Without the first amendment giving us our freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition we would be silenced. Much like what is happening in North Korea, we would not be able to speak out against the government in fear of being arrested, hurt, or killed. We would not be able to legally or safely fight against and for the things we believe in. Whom ever was in charge could control all press, halting anything that goes against what said leader wanted to spread (for example, the leader could ensure that anything bad said about them would be eliminated from any media. This, as well as spreading censored propaganda, is a way to brainwash citizens).
4th This amendment being taken away can have good and bad consequences. The bad being that government and law enforcement could search your home and take your things at any time they wanted without needing a reason. However this also could mean that they could search a suspects house (like for an investigation) to find weapons, stolen items, etc. without needing to get a warrant, which can give the suspect time to stash items and such. That being said it is probably still best we have the amendment for the privacy and property of all humans.
I hope this is what you needed.
