Are the two triangles congruent? or not. I think the answer is D.

if angle R = 60 and angle S = 80 then angle T = 180 - 80 - 60 = 40

if RS = EF then those would be correct corresponding sides to go with those corresponding angles 
and it is congruent by AAS.
