The multiples of 4 in the tens place are:
12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72, 76, 80, 84, 88, . . .
The tens with even value are:
20, 24, 28, 40, 44, 48, 60, 64, 68, ...
In the ones value we see the pattern 0, 4, 8 repeating itself.
And if you should continue for multiples of 4 greater than 100, this pattern will still continue.
