Question

HELP! I'm writing a story and I need some help. I'm not sure how to start it. Any ideas? This is what my story is going to be about: Sila is a sassy, confident, very pretty girl who doesn't trust people easily, specifically guys, because of her past. Seth is the handsome, popular guy that everyone adores, and the captain of the football team. Sila and Seth have very different lives, but what happens when Seth makes a bet on Sila? Will they fall for each other or will they hate each other?

I say you do this story "She's All That" style. I don't know if you have watched it but that is about roughly the same thing. The girl is an introvert who loves art and lost her mom early on. The boy is the most popular kid in  the school. He bet that he could make her prom queen and they wound up falling for each other.

I say, you have her turn him away multiple times at first but then finally cave. They at first don't have feelings but then fall for each other later on. Is that helpful?

For the fourth time this week, it was raining. Not that I lived in sunshine and rainbow paradise, although the rain usually ruined my mood. I almost flew forward in my seat when someone comes running out into the mostly empty street of the school in front of my car. The coffee I had carefully been sipping while driving was now spilled all over my clothes.
