Answer:

MY HERO

My hero is my father. He is the epitome of a dependable and solid person. He is not abusive in any way.

Even though our relationship did not start off strong because of my perceived strictness and high-handedness when I was younger, I have grown to understand him and he, me.

I remember when I was much younger, he would cane me for misdemeanours so as to correct me. Because of this, I did not draw close to him.

However, when I got older, he extended an arm of friendship and openness which I eventually accepted. Our relationship has gotten stronger since then.

The experience that shows my admiration for him was when he chased away some burglars that came to steal from our home some time ago. He was fearless and the only thought he had was to protect his family and property.

My topic: My hero.

My purpose: To show how much I admire him and the influence he's had on me.

My hero is my father.

My father is my hero. A hero is someone who's courageous and helps others and this definition fits my father accurately. I look up to my father and hold him in high esteem. There was an incident that occurred which made me realize that I've a great father and that he's my hero.

When I was younger, I was bullied in school because I had a small stature. I always cried home sometimes when I was bullied in school. One day, my father followed me to school and explained the situation of things to my teachers that I was being bullied in the school.

The bullies were called out and the appropriate punishment was given to them. I was glad and since then I wasn't bullied anymore. He's my hero. He's courageous, and loving.
