Georgia was one of the newest states. Hence, it depended heavily on Britain for financial and defense support. It did join in the war but many Loyalists in the British ranks were from Georgia. the decisve rebel victor at Kettle Creek made many see the lost cause of the British and many joined the rebels.

I know I might not get brainiest answer for this, or even get it right, but based off of what we know, historians say that Georgians would plant and sell food to the military, to which then goes straight to the soldiers before battle. People would infer that the Georgians want the soldiers to be strong throughout battle, and win. This also implies that they were brave to give away food, when some wives and children barely had enough to fill themselves, to starve before anything else.
