The President of the U.S.A is one of the most powerful and important position in U.S.A politics. The position is important in decision making of country's politics and simultaneously balancing Geopolitics at global level.

The governor of California is the head of government of the U.S. state of California. The governor is the commander-in-chief of the California National Guard and the California State Guard.

Established in the Constitution of California, the governor's responsibilities also include:

- Making the annual State address to the California State Legislature,                              

- Submitting the budget

- Ensuring that state laws are enforced.

The position was created in 1849, the year before California became a state.

  (g) Unless otherwise provided by law, the governor fills vacancies in all state offices such as vacancies in the offices of state school superintendent, the lieutenant governor, secretary of state, state controller, state treasurer, attorney general and on the State Board of Equalization are filled by a gubernatorial nominee with state senate confirmation.
