Now, if we pass the dimensions that give us inches, we are left with:

650 feet * 12 inches / 1 foot = 7800 inches

255 feet * 12 inches / 1 foot = 3060 inches

Now applying the scale:

7800/480 = 16.25

3060/480 = 6.375

It means that the dimensions in the drawing are 16.25 inches by 6.375 inches
