I'm pretty sure you add up all the blue areas and count the white areas. Then put the blue area cubes over white area cubes amount.

blue/white

Then I think the next answer is just 10.

It is eleven one hundredths or .11

The sentence is confusing to me because it is the same digit, so i guess just one times as much? It just doesn't make sense grammatically with their sentence but i'm not sure what else it would be.
