Since there was some confusion here is the revised instructions for the Fitness gram test assignment.
Select two fitness gram terms ( cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength / endurance, flexibility) and match them with a fitness gram test we did this .(1 mile walk run, push ups, curls ups, back saver, & trunk lift) Make sure you describe the test. For example cardiovascular endurance is test by the one mile run-walk test- you would run-walk one mile as fast as you are able. You will be timed. I hope this clear up any miscommunication. If you did the first assignment for fitness terms you should not have any problems.
