$2m+15=35(4m-3)$ 

$2m+15=140m-105$ 

$15=140m-105-2m$ 

$15=138m-105$ 

$15+105=138m$ 

$120=138m$ 

$120/138=m$ 

$20/23=m$ 

$m=20/23$
