you can solve this question by dividing the figure into 3 parts

first is a rectangle and the other are triangles

when u will individually take the sum of the areas u will land on option 3 ie

60 units

area of rectangle=6*4=24

and area of triangle=1/2*6*6*2 ( as there are 2 triangles )
