People may experience:
Muscular: muscle weakness, problems with coordination, or loss of muscle
Heart: enlarged heart or fast heart rate
Also common: peripheral neuropathy, limb, loss of appetite, sensation of pins and needles, shortness of breath, or swelling in extremities
