Explanation:

Once the filtrate enters the bowman's capsule it passes to the PCT(Proximal Convoluted Tubule). PCT is highly twisted and specialized for reabsorption of substances from the filtrate to the blood.

From PCT the filtrate move to the loops of henle which has one ascending limb and a descending limb. The main function of henle's loop is to reabsorb water and nutrients to make urine concentrated and conserve water.

From henle's loop filtrate is passed to DCT(Distal Convoluted Tubule) which is the shortest portion of nephron from where it reaches to collecting duct and collecting duct release filtrate to urinary bladder.
