A passenger sitting in the rear of a bus claims that she was injured as the driver slammed on the brakes, causing a suitcase to come flying toward her from the front of the bus. If you were the judge in this case, what disposition would you make? Explain.

A judge would completely rule out this claim since braking so heavily would cause all loose items on the bus to fly towards the front of the vehicle and not the other way round. Thus,  the suitcase cannot go in the opposite direction and hit the woman sitting in the back of the bus. This is false testimony.
