Hans gave 4 people candy. He split 7/8 pounds among them. What is the unit rate in pounds per person? Write your answer in simplest form.

3.5 or 7/2 I think because I turned the 7/8 into 14/16 by multiplying by 2 but it is the same thing still then divide 7 by 4 which is 3.5 and in fraction form it can be 7/2
