A is wrong because countries import/export resources
B is wrong because resources are not evely distributed (not every part of the world are the same, climates are different and different resources come from each)
C seems right because, for example, Indonesia is known for their coffee while a place like Arizona isn't a good place to grow coffee beans. Some resouces are plentiful in some areas and not so much in others.
D is wrong. Although countries import/export items, not every part of the world have the same resources. (Could you imagine coconuts in Antarctica?)
