well, overall, there's four major physical abilities, which are:

  • endurance
  • strength
  • balance

          and

  • flexibility

we can actually figure out how much of those four abilities we have, how fit we are, if we're overweight, underweight or a good size, as well as calculate our fat and lean muscle mass with a BMI tracker, which figures out our body mass index (BMI).
