Answer-
[tex]-70\%<-\dfrac{2}{5}<0.96\%<0.34[/tex]
Solution-
The given data as follows,
[tex]-70\%,\ 0.34,\ -\dfrac{2}{5},\ 0.96\%[/tex]
After converting all the percentages and fractions to decimal, we can compare them all.
For converting percentages to decimal to divide the number by 100, so
[tex]-70\%=\dfrac{-70}{100}=-0.70,\\\\0.96\%=\dfrac{0.96}{100} =0.0096[/tex]
Then converting the fraction into decimal,
[tex]-\dfrac{2}{5}=-\dfrac{2\times 20}{5\times 20}=-\dfrac{40}{100}=-0.40[/tex]
As, all the numbers are converted into decimal, now comparing all the numbers,
[tex]-0.70<-0.40<0.0096<0.34[/tex]
[tex]-70\%<-\dfrac{2}{5}<0.96\%<0.34[/tex]
