I would believe that it is B as well. I am not the best with graphs. But, I did literally just cover this subject in math. Let me explain why I believe it is B.
Range, graph wise and functions wise, is the possible y values. The point goes down to -4. The points go up towards. Meaning that possible answers would have to be greater(or equal to) -4.
