We know that  $\pi$ radian = 180 degree

or 1 radian = $\frac{180}{\pi}$ degree

Then 1.8 radian = $\frac{180}{\pi}*1.8$ degree

1.8 radian = 103.132403124 degree

which is little more than 103 degree.

Now we can easily graph this angle starting from x-axis in anticlockwise direction as shown in attached picture.
